Black history is American history. February is a month to study and celebrate African Americans’ rich cultural heritage, triumphs and adversities that are part of our history. The 2022 theme, Black Health and Wellness, acknowledges Black medical scholars and health care providers – especially timely during this pandemic, which has disproportionately affected minority communities.
