Each year, CTA’s Ethnic Minority Early Identification and Development (EMEID) Program takes BIPOC members who are interested in expanding their roles in their unions and/or CTA, provides them with mentors, and funds their participation in CTA conferences to provide them with the tools to achieve their goals. Applications for the 2022-23 program are currently being accepted and are due by 5:00p.m. on Friday, April 8th.
EMEID participants must be able to attend CTA’s Summer Institute July 24-28, 2022 and CTA’s January State Council meeting January 27-29, 2023.
