In 1948, after WWII in San Francisco, world leaders under the leadership of Eleanor Roosevelt created the Universal Declaration of Human Rights which includes: “Article 24: Everyone has the right to rest and leisure, including reasonable limitation of working hours and periodic holidays with pay.” Enjoy your right to rest!
