Tentative deal reached to end Cotati-Rohnert Park teacher strike

Congratulations to the amazing RPCEA leadership and members!!!  It is always difficult and courageous to strike but to strike after two years of a horrific pandemic is a herculean feat.  We will be honoring our RPCEA educators with a much deserved CTA “Golden Foot” soon as a recognition of their valiant efforts to strike and achieve justice for the students, educators, parents, community, public education and our democracy!  The district might not realize it, but they actually won too as this justice helps us create better public schools with the best educators for our students
